I like how clean the room was especially the bed and pillows. At it was lots of parking. The hotel was not noisy.

Everything was good

A good option to stay at while visiting Queens, NY.

The rooms is teribble all the power plugs is not holding the charger, the lighting in the room sucks, lists go on.... Its note comfortable at all. :/

First of all: Coffee maker was broken and the area was full of DUST. Had to call down and they brought a new one. So that was good. Secondly the switch on the hair dryer was not working. So to use it, had to plug in and unplug after. Third. No body wash in bottle. Had to translate in Spanish to get the key to change the bottle and add more body wash. Fourth. The breakfast was the same daily. Eggs and pork sausages. Poor standards for the price I was charged. Disappointed. Lastly, because of the construction, did not sleep well. On a positive side, the linens and towels are very good.

Noise, bad neighborhood, old building, underground rooms, light coming in, air conditioning is also very loud and outdated. The elevator broke down when we needed to take our bags and check out. Just bad.

These rooms are old and outdated. There were stains on the hotel room walls, flys inside of the room. I would have preferred to sleep at the airport than this place. Would not recommend to anyone, even during desperate times. Do better! Also it smelled like mildew throughout the hallways of the hotel.

Only stay here if you want free parking

The hotel was clean and staff was nice. The breakfast was good. The price for the night was definitely pricy because the hotel is outdated
