Mistreated by security. Terrible. I felt a victim of profiling.

Five star and worth the price .

First hotel I’ve ever stayed at where I felt like I was the most important guest there I would imagine that’s how everyone feels based on the amenities. The helpfulness of the staff is truly the best of the best.

Great service, great location, and the best place to stay in Miami.

This was great, the staff, location, and amenities are wonderful.

Pool area was beautiful. Our best cocktail experience was at Séptimo, and the DJ was amazing. Really appreciated an early check in as well.
