Check in staff were efficient and friendly. The room was nice and spacious and clean. Really comfortable beds. The gym and spa pool and overall feel was quite run down. Excellent quiet stay for the price. Fantastic location next to Albert Park.

The property was good value for money I thought however there was a broken or cracked tile in the bathroom , it looked like the flooring in the main living room in kitchen / entrance was shabby and looked like it needed to be replaced - there were paint chips in a couple of the walls - the ranchslider out to the deck needed some attention as the lock had to be forced initially to. Get it open

Easy check in and out. Rooms were nice - laid out a bit funky but worked. Balcony and view was amazing. Would stay again

Staff friendly and helpful. Room is as expected for the price. Bed was clean and well made.

Loved the unit, well supplied, everything you need to cook a meal, dishwasher, washing machine, under bench fridge, ensuite. The hotel is well placed for walking around cbd. Staff friendly. Lovely small meal at bar. Highly recommend.

Room was fantastic -- View wonderful - unfortunately we could not get the washing machine to dry -- but it didn't really worry us -- loved the friendly reception staff all very helpful and if we had a question about anything they were only too ready to help us .. I would stay there again if we go back to Auckland for a holiday .. Bus service was a bit confusing to us and it was only when we were ready to come home we had it "sussed" BUT if any other visitors have problems go to Customer service at Britomart -- they planed and printed details of what buses we needed and where to catch them -- Locals have the APPS on Phones which we didn't -- so we asked for help

I arrived at the hotel around 11 pm after almost 30 hours of travel and was assigned a room with a faulty air conditioning unit. The AC was set to 19°C and made a constant high-pitched noise all night, making it impossible to rest properly. I reported the issue immediately, but the only solution offered was to switch the unit off and on again. When this didn’t work, I was told the hotel was fully booked and that a technician would check it the next morning. I spent the night cold, with extra blankets, and barely slept because of the noise. The technician later confirmed the unit could not be repaired, yet I was told I would need to wait until Monday for any further solution because it was the weekend. Despite repeatedly asking to speak with the manager, nobody from management contacted me at any point during my stay. I also later discovered that the room window had been left partially open, which made the room even colder. After two nights and a full day dealing with noise, discomfort, jet lag, and lack of sleep, the only action taken was moving me to another room on Monday morning. There was no apology from management, no follow-up, and no gesture acknowledging the inconvenience caused. I do not believe this situation was handled professionally or with the level of care expected from a hotel of this standard.

Good size room considering a 2 bedroom. Room was not cleaned very well had cooking smell with grease all over the kettle and there was a hole cut out of the wall that they have put a fridge in with literally no repair just bare plasterboard and beam exposed. Housekeeping forgot to take off a sign on the sliding door with previous occupants name on.. reception staff were good.

Do not stay here!! We books for 4 nights, 5 days - didn’t get a service until our 4th day which only included being handed towels and a sheet to make up our own bed despite the bed being vacant. There was a power cut which nobody notified or acknowledged despite literally being stranded in our room for almost an hour while I was on a teams call. The room phone didn’t work the entire time. The WiFi was so bad we had to reconnect every 1-2hrs and don’t even try to watch anything on the tv unless you enjoy buffering. The photos look 10x better than the actual hotel in real life. I wish I never stayed there and regret my entire stay trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, that the next day would be better because it just got worse everyday. Their staff don’t provide handovers - for an example, on our second day there, I asked why our room wasn’t serviced and was advised that their rooms are serviced every third day. On the third day there, our room wasn’t serviced and I was told by another staff member that because
