Nice pool, but shame not much sun shine on it and mostly on shallow pool than deeper side. Otherwise everything was great.

Breakfast could have more Mediterrenean options, but hotel overall great, metro is 1 min away

Room is clean and all the amenities are good. Will definitely stay there again. Very convenient as well.

The black out blinds in our room were next level good. Pool was busy on sunday and only 1.2 deep but so are most pools. helpful staff when we needed to shower after check out in the sauna area. Great facilities. Nice touch on the lights at night time that have two guiding lights when you get up at 3am to go toilet, wont wake everyone up but stops you falling over in the dark

Great location.

I booked a room two weeks in advance. After placing the booking, I noticed that the guest name was entered incorrectly. I immediately canceled it through Expedia and then made a new booking. However, the hotel said there is no refund for the incorrect booking. I explained that I only canceled because the name was wrong and then rebooked immediately, but they still replied: no refund.

Great panoramic Marina bay view

Convenient location next to Raffles center, City Hall Metro stop, City link mall underground shops and restaurants. Hotel connects to the shopping mall on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Nespresso and tea and filtered water provided in the room. Staff kept room tidy daily. Truly memorable City skyline views of Marina Bay Sands and the financial center buildings. The outdoor pool was under reno during our stay. However even the kids pool was enjoyable. The gym, sauna, hot tub and spa facilities were well maintained. Many dining and drinks options within the hotel and nearby. Take metro or Grab ride to Marina Bay, Clarke quay and Chinatown for nearby Hawker centres.

Hotel is very conveniently connected to Raffles city mall and the MRT. We selected it because it’s right across from the Raffles where we were attending an event. However, it wasn’t quite walking distance to the main attractions we wanted to see and grabbing a late bite (after 9-10pm) while jet lagged wasn’t very convenient as most restaurants were closed by then. Lobby is nice and busy. The front desk agents and concierge were quick in taking care of you even via email before our arrival. Our room was clean and comfortable although I didn’t find drawers where I could unpack stuff. One of our suitcases had to be on the floor the entire time as there wasn’t room to put 2 inside the closet. The toiletries box in the bathroom was nice but also took quite a bit of vanity space. I loved that they had an umbrella we can use which we needed during our stay and also refillable glass bottles and a filter for potable water. For some reason they would only give us 3 bath towels even though we were 4 and I kept asking for an extra towel. All in all, a great property. And the skai restaurant had a killer view!
