Beautiful property, clean room, very friendly staff specially our valet driver Ricky who gave us great tips to enjoy our time around town.

Each morning there was staff outside cleaning pipes, the walls and ceilings of the outdoor walkway areas. Staff was very responsive to our needs, and everyone was very friendly. Their restaurant had good food, the room was cool and had a ceiling fan which was helpful to keep cool. It is right on the waterfront. Just unfortunate we were there during a bad season of sargassum which is very smelly. They say it usually lasts about 3 weeks (mid May to early June) but has been about 2 months. This hotel is located on the south side of town right on the Atlantic. Other than that, it was good. Obviously they have no control over the algae problem.

I really liked that we could also go to Casa Marina next door to swim and eat as well!

The staff was nice

Forced valet was an annoyance (50/day), elevators almost always had one broken, sometimes taking up to 10min of waiting to use it. Restaurant on-prem didn't have many options for people who don't eat seafood.

The stay was enjoyable, with a great proximity to Duval Street and all that comes with that. The Sargassum was no bueno, but that's not the hotel's fault.
