Had a great relaxing time. Clean, great service, quiet and peaceful. restaurant and bar tenders were fantastic. rooms were clean. recommend it to anyone. To get up into town, get a bicycle. I would stay there again.

Stayed the first week of June. Rooms were nice but property felt very dated. Not a lot of beaches in Key West so was excited to find a property with a man made one. Unfortunately there was a ton of seaweed and it was essentially not usable. The pool was small and underwhelming. Food and drink on the property was outrageously expensive. $28 for a GLASS of mediocre white win. Nuts. The concierge was basically unwilling or unable to give us basic suggestions for local restaurants. The valets were great as was front desk staff. Overall a good property and good location, the place just really needs a facelift and more reasonable prices in the restaurant.

Beautiful place

The property was disappointing for a Hilton property. It took multiple requests to get an ironing board in the room, and get the room cleaned. It is part of the stay to have the room cleaned but it was not in day one and was not cleaned until almost 6 PM on day two. The pool area routinely had debris around and floating in the pool. The pictures of the property show emerald green waters and clean beaches, this was not our experience. In the room, there were pieces tile missing from the floor in a few areas and on the building exterior, peeling paint was readily visible. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, including the great valet staff.

The property was excellent our room very large and had the ocean view. Everything was amazing and in walking distance to everything in old town.

Great resort. Clean. Would stay again. Only complaint is they were hosting a prom the week we stayed. Our room was close to the prom and we heard quite a bit of noise which made it difficult to sleep.

There are other hotels in this price range that were much better.
