Es gab lauter Kleinigkeiten, die nicht gepasst haben: - Zimmer wurden nicht ordentlich geputzt - keine tägliche Reinigung der Zimmer, ohne Information - Trinkgeld wird bei Kartenzahlung lt. Mitarbeiter im Restaurant nicht weitergegeben

Ein schönes Zimmer, gut ausgestattet, in einem interessanten Gebäude. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich war ein bisschen enttäuscht, dass das Grillrestaurant neben dem Hotel dauerhaft geschlossen war. Das Hotel restaurant war jedoch in Ordnung, allerdings vielleicht ein bisschen teurer als erhofft.

coffee was over in the room and when i asked for more it was just not available. absolute no frills hotel even basic expected things arent available

Great value, dropped one star as our bedroom floor was sticky but aside from that everything was good.

Everything was pretty good, but overall I can say this was the cleanest hotel I have stayed in within this price range in Germany

Unique looking building, very convoluted from the parking garage. Have a map for first time guests and ensure your staffs can explain in German and English how to get from the parking garage and steps required when leaving.

Not a good welcome. Or friendly at all. Stay here a good few times with my team. Was told to early for check in. Only wanted to drop my bag. Attitude from reception. Normally lovely people on reception. Went to room eventually 2 hours later, toilet wasn’t clean and used. Won’t go into detail but no paper in pan only something else. The room was so hot and only a fan. Was at least 35c in that room. Planes fly ing straight over from nearby airport at 5am then have to close windows. Up goes the temperature. Was also normally €10 for breakfast and reception said it’s now €25 if you don’t pay it on the web. Think she had that wrong. Anyway no breakfast for me unfortunately. Not a good experience this time for sure. Probably won’t go back now. Barman was a lovely happy helpful person BTW.
