If have NO STAR I’ll choose it. I was stay at this hotel before because of convenient to foods area. But this time I booked 6 rooms at this hotel, and I had very bad experiences of rooms not clean, staffs terrible service, breakfast not same as before, not much foods. I’ll tell my friends and family not stay at this hotel anymore because of the new management terrible manage.

Great staff, rooms need little TLC.

I recently stayed at ACP hotel for 2 nights and when I went to the room it smelled so horrible. This hotel from manager to staff there are so much miscommunication and the way they speak to you was not acceptable.

Excellent location for food and shopping

Water is not free. Breakfast is not free. Bedsheet is dirty. AC is loud as duck. Understaffed. Manager is not even on duty. Come here and have your worst hotel experience.

The first thing that greeted us through the lobby doors was a giant cockroach that scared my young daughters. The rooms were standard and okay. But upkeep and maintenance has not been maintained. The lid of the ice bucket was broken, corner wall protector was falling off the wall. The mirror of our room was dirty and chipped on the edges. The worst was that the toilet would flush, but not drain properly. As for the pool, it had a lot of dead bugs and tree parts and leaves. The ground around the pool was covered with ants as well. Breakfast was very limited. Probably due to the fact that there are a lot of Asian restaurants in walking distance with better breakfast options.
