The coffee served at breakfast tasted good. It was Davao coffee excelsa. Near to the San Pedro Cathedral walking distance. Staff was courteous and always ready to help.
The downside is the room that I got doesn't have a functional TV. The shower head needs replacement. Aircon remote needs to be replaced.
Overall stay was good for the price. Anyways, was always out.

ยอดเยี่ยม Second Visit to Davao City and second stay at this Hotel. Great place to stay with friendly staff and FREE BREAKFAST. Great location, easy access to taxis and local transportation. Close to “G Mall” for food, fun and Shopping. Very “American” friendly, I definitely recommend this place.

Location is excellent. Our room is worth for the money. Bathroom is a little bit annoying because it’s too low, water/waste is almost touching our butt.

For the most part it was a nice property. Just a miscommunication about late check in. Good location and clean rooms along with free breakfast.

Davao Royal Suites' property has an old-fashioned interior. Staff are great and helpful. Location is superb since it is at the heart of the city.
