I had a good experience overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. Everything was convenient, and I would be happy to stay here again.

What was meant to be a peaceful and restorative stay for my daughter turned into a deeply distressing experience for our family. We chose this hotel expecting comfort, safety, and a high standard of hospitality. Instead, the environment was extremely noisy and stressful, making it impossible for her to rest or recover. Over time, her condition worsened significantly, ultimately requiring police involvement and hospitalization. Throughout this crisis, communication was extremely difficult. As parents based in the United States, we struggled to obtain timely information and meaningful assistance while our daughter was alone in a foreign country. The hospital she was taken to was also difficult to reach, and language barriers made an already serious situation even more overwhelming. We do acknowledge that certain staff members, including Lilith and Vardges, attempted to be kind and supportive. However, these individual efforts were not enough to compensate for the overall lack of empathy and flexibility shown by management during an urgent and sensitive situation. Their communication felt formal, rigid, and disconnected at a time when compassion and practical support were essential. In addition, our daughter’s headphones were stolen during the stay, which added further stress and anxiety to an already critical situation. Location is really good, walkable to the most of the attractions. Lots of restaurants and cafes around the area.

Outstanding property. Massive room, great location, very kind and attentive staff. Many great places to eat and visit close walking distance. Highly recommend.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on how they handled a very serious situation with my senior mother. She had an extremely difficult and stressful journey due to unexpected circumstances while traveling, which caused her to miss part of her stay. Despite this being clearly explained, the hotel showed no understanding or flexibility. What was most disappointing is that she is elderly and was traveling alone, yet there was no effort to accommodate her needs or offer even a small gesture of support. We had already paid for the stay, and given the situation, a bit of compassion or a late checkout would have gone a long way. Hospitality should include empathy, especially in urgent situations involving vulnerable guests. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking here

Wonderful staff, clean room, great location.

The hotel was walking distance to a lot of places, cafes, stores etc. the room was clean however minor improvements were needed. We were missing a shower door and bathroom didn’t lock. Area is also very noisy so if you’re looking for quiet sleep this isn’t the place. Otherwise it was well.

1. Location of the hotel is the best. So central, you can walk to main places 6-8 minutes. 2. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, market, stores around the hotel. 3. Hotel itself is very comfortable 4. Beds and rooms are comfortable and very clean 5. Room has good amount of lights naturally and electrically. 6. Hotel has 24 hour spa/pool/sauna/steam room which is cherry on top. Very clean and very nice: 7. Staff of the hotel are extremely friendly, sweet and helpful. I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels with excellent customer service. 1000% will stay here again for when I’m Visiting Yerevan!

Clean. Super-nice staff. Breakfast was good, but could be better. The biggest problem is access to the pool: there are around 8 steps going down. Adding handrails would be very helpful.
