Beautiful hotel. Great location, train station walking distances. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Jay.

The rooms are nice. Bed is comfortable. Did not eat breakfast there because they did not offer À la cart ,could only get buffet breakfast which was very expensive. The restaurant was good for dinner. But it only opened at 5pm. No bar service before 5pm. There was full street construction in front of Hotel so some bars and food places were not open until 4 pm. It also made it hard to get around (which I understand is something that was out of there control). The Staff was very helpful and friendly.

We stayed for a full week in a superior king room. The hotel was clean and looked great after a recent renovation. Juice and water in the lobby were a nice touch. Located in an area with good amenities (250m from a grocery store, pharmacy) and across the street from a laundromat. About a 5 minute walk from the Muiderpoort Station that had frequent trams/sprinters right to Amsterdam Central. 10/10 would stay here again.

Cool hotel that we stayed at for 1 night. Staff, specifically Dimitri, were excellent and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful and great area to walk around. Only current downside is the construction all over the area.

It was a great experience. The hotel may want invest in more of buffering materials between floors. It became noisy when guests in the upper floor started moving. But overall, everything was excellent. Thank you!

Clean room, beautiful common area, great little gym. However, there is construction going on, so it’s not easy to sleep in. Quite a bit of hammering and other noises.

Truthfully was a little dissappinted, promised alot when i booked with parking (the reason we booked the hotel) etc but didn't deliver. Dont get me wrong the rooms were lovely which we couldnt fault but the way we were greeted from arrival was someone what disappointing, we were here for 5 days (4 nights) we didnt have hot water one day due to renovation work (i assume) being completed on the same floor. Requested reception on leaving that day to rectify and when we returned that evening they assumed it had been done. Fortunately it had but no one had reported back to reception that it had been rectified so we have to find out for ourselves by turning it on. On refelection after a few days of being back and having a think about it would we come back, probably yes but for a higher end hotel we expected more for the money we paid for the accommodation. Sorry to sound negative but all in all could of been so much better..Although not the hotels fault but there are major roadworks going on outside at present and they were operating heavy machinery all ours if the night ehich did keep us awake at various points during our stay.
