Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La camera era pulita, comoda e ben curata. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale, facendoci sentire i benvenuti fin dal nostro arrivo. La posizione dell’hotel è ottima e ha reso gli spostamenti molto semplici. Un’esperienza molto positiva che consiglio volentieri. Ci tornerei con piacere!

Nice hotel, but too noisy. Window insulation is not good with ambulances going by a few times a minute. It's true. They are loud! Also, heard your guests at entrance talking for a long time, heard the metal grate on asphalt clank with EVERY automobile driving into or out of the round driveway. Too loud. Maintenance could have easily fix that. Rooms are NOT soundproofed like advertised -- heard everything in hallway, and neighbors next door on both sides. Housekeeping could have washed the blanket more often. I got swelling bug bites all over. The sheets are washed, but not the blanket. In this hot and humid weather, blankets need to be washed more often please. Can't see the bugs, but they bit me like crazy. I've ruled out all sources and identified your blanket in my room. AC was not an issue for us like a lot of people complained about. It's hot outside on 3rd floor. No prob. Very comfy beds. Hotel is big, but room size is small like most of Europe. Breakfast was decent. A bit far to get to metro and inconvenient to take bus. Please keep this in mind if convenience of location is of importance. Otherwise, about €50 to get into town.

The bathroom had a problem because the water leaked out of the shower and flooded the floor every time we used it. Also, the breakfast was very disappointing. There were very few options available, and the buffet was poorly stocked. Overall, the breakfast quality was much lower than expected.

The staff was really friendly. Would have loved to stay more nights.

Everything was nice, the staff were not very friendly, you can not ask more than 2 questions, they get annoyed.
