Fantastic location, near shops, restaurants etc. Quiet at night. Plenty of glasses, mugs etc.
Only little criticisms, nowhere to sit to do hair and makeup and no shelf in the shower to place shampoo, shower gel etc.

The check in was the worst most stressful experience I have ever encountered. Never again.
The property is in a great location but pretty tired and needs to be modernised. 4 x flights of stairs and no lift.
Considering where it is it was q quiet flat.

Location is great, communication was very good. Accommodation was a little tired and scrappy, needs decorating. Booked for 3 people (1 child) but no bedding for the sofa bed?? It was adequate

Apartment was in the heart of Covent Garden beside the tube. Everything provided. Coffee pods/tea/coffee/ kitchen roll/ dishwasher tablets/fairy/ shampoo etc
Fully stocked toilet roll/ towels and bin liners
Iron if needed
Trouble free checkin
Bring an extension lead for hairdryer as no mirror in bedroom

Property was in a great location, near all bars/restaurants, also very close to tube station. Overall good place to stay while visiting London.

The location is good where a lots of shops and restaurants located nearby. Eating and shopping is very convenient. However, the hotel is difficult to find as it has no hotel name and number shown outside the building. The apartment is a family house with all the facilities. It is clean and big enough for a family. The only problem is no air conditioning and the stairs is very noisy inside the house when going up and down the stairs.
