Overall, I had a great stay. The location is excellent, and the bungalows are very nice. I also stayed here in 2020, when I was quite disappointed, so it was a pleasant surprise to see how much things have improved since then. The staff were friendly and helpful, although the team appeared to be a bit short-staffed, particularly in the mornings. As a result, early breakfast service may not always be available.

We booked a garden view room. The room was big and overall the property was great. The spa pool was closed and some of the restaurants were working in non traditional hours during our stay. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We were disappointed with the experience we had with our keys. We were allocated a room for the two nights and every time we came out of the room, we needed to spend 30-60 minutes to get back to our room, because our door lock was not working. In a two night stay we got technicians visiting the room 4 times, not something we would expect in a 5 star property. We ended up leaving the property sooner than planned because of not wanting to handle another technician visit to the room - In morning as we prepared to go for breakfast, we tested the keys prior to leaving the room and they were again not working.

Wery well maintained property, nice staff, comfortable beds, delicious food. Unfortunately the hotel is very difficult to find, not marked on the main road or elsewhere

Great setting in the countryside and on the beach. No parking allowed by the units (golf carts can be called for transport if necessary) making it very private and quiet

Poor choice of food options and quality.Not much entertainment as we are far from anything.Expensive for what’s offered.
