Breakfast excellent, the hotel is a little bit old but very well situated. Definitely I will stay there again!!

Beautiful accommodation with wonderful breakfast! Very kind and helpful staff!

Great location and excellent staff, we had wonderful experience in this hotel, would definitely return again if travel to Granada in the future!

Great location, close to the major attractions. Friendly staff. Quite large parking space in Europe!

Wonderful hotel in the heart of the city. A bit challenging to reach it by car, but nevertheless what an experience! The room and interior was amazing. Marina from the reception was very helpful, sharing lots of tips and advice - thank you again. Breakfast was amazing as well, not very often you can have Cava for breakfast. Cheers!

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. However, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others. The rooms were far too hot for the weather in Granada. After checking in, we spent the day exploring the city and returned late in the evening only to find that the room was extremely warm, with no air conditioning available. Unfortunately, the experience was made worse by the response from the front desk. The receptionist was not helpful and simply stated that there was nothing she could do. Although she offered a fan, we were told that we had to carry it to the room ourselves. Overall, while the property itself is attractive and well situated, the lack of air conditioning and poor customer service made our stay uncomfortable

Super clean and amazing location, staff was really helpful too
