A short walk from the train station. This is a beautiful hotel with great staff. I would highly recommend for your trip to Florence.

Beautiful hotel. Unassuming. Nice breakfast buffet. Wish we had stayed longer just to have more time in the hotel.

The Rivoli is conveniently located to sights, restaurant and train and tram.

We book the romantic package (as it was our 10 years anniversary) and were super excited to be able to relax before we get the move to our next location. However when you book the romantic package and check out was supposed to be at 3pm. We were rush to leave by 12pm. Keep in mind if you book pay extra and book the package you are not guaranteed to stay longer. Even though we did mention to the hotel and they said you need to book directly from us and not through the app and our friend did book from the hotel directly with his booking and they just made an excuse for us that they were busy and they need the room. It kinda ruin our experience with the hotel as a 4 star. The location itself was great. It was actually our most expensive hotel in Italy because of the romantic package and it was our least favourite. In hospitality, what they stand for truly matters and it’s all in the details and guest experience is everything.
