Quiet hotel, great location, breakfast varied and plentiful. Only issue is room temperature, air con made the room warmer rather than colder. Reception gave us a fan but still ridiculously warm in the room (might just have been room 1715).

Amazing room. Friendly staff. Definitely highly recommended.

The room had a comfy bed, good air conditioning and was well maintained. The lighting outside the room often wasn’t working, which made it impossible to see the door to my room. A good buffet breakfast.

Overall ok

The air conditioner was not working and no one fixed it even after a complain. I would never stay here again. Staff was rude too.

Great hotel with good facilities and great rooms

Nice Hotel with Nice Staff but hot water ran cold intermittently & a bit far away from Central area

First of all, the hotel does not have AC despite what Expedia chatbot says. The staff were nice enough to bring us a portable one to ease of the heat wave. Second, it's a very nice hotel in a good location but does not have a business centre that you could work from so I had to work in restaurant or lobby as I was working there every night for around two weeks. Third, daily housekeeping service was not very good, we had to keep asking for fresh towels, asking front desk to refill tissue boxes and empty soap dispensers. Overall, good place for the price if you're staying for a few days. The breakfast buffet was good and worth the extra charge and I love that I saw less privileged people coming in after breakfast time was over instead of wasting the food.

Good, clean, basic. When we stayed here 2 nights, we had a room with a Nespresso machine. On our 1 night stay, no Nespresso.
