Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was over-priced but alright quality. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Toronto Centre! We chose this hotel because we were in Toronto for a concert, and it turned out to be the perfect location. It's within walking distance of so many attractions, restaurants, and shops, and being so close to Union Station made getting around incredibly convenient. We arrived early since our flight landed in the morning, and the front desk staff were fantastic. I feel bad that I forgot the name of the lady who helped us because she truly deserves recognition. She was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to answer all our questions and make sure we had everything we needed. Excellent customer service from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was perfect after a long day of exploring the city, and the bathroom was spotless and well maintained. The hotel itself has great amenities as well. We really enjoyed the quiet indoor pool, the relaxing hot tub, and the sauna. It was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. The only small issue we experienced was a slight noise coming from inside the wall in our room on the 23rd floor. It wasn't loud, but it was noticeable at night when everything else was quiet. I ended up leaving the TV on at a very low volume to help drown it out. We mentioned it to the staff, and they immediately apologized and even offered to move us to another room. Contrairement à ce qui est montré sur les photos plus précisément dans les  « commodités » et les « aires communes » il n’est pas possible d’aller sur la belle terrasse dehors avec des chaises pivotantes au soleil car cette zone est réservé aux utilisateurs du spa.

Le personnel était impeccable, courtois et professionnel.

Room very clean with beautiful modern bathroom. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Staff were friendly, and the location can't be beat.

The staff, especially Hitesh and David, were excellent. The room was lovely, very modern and clean. We loved the settee and the beds were so comfortable. We had a wonderful stay!
