Great location and very clean. Amenities were basic, but that’s what I expected. We asked for extra pillows and they gave us some. It was very hot in the room because the windows were restricted to only open a few centimetres. There was no other ventilation which meant the room was uncomfortably hot. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Rooms were very small, with no shelves to place items, especially in the bathroom. There was no soap in the shower dispenser or sink dispenser. Biggest complaint was lack of space to put or open suitcases. The hotel is not conducive to a long stay.

Terrible place to stay, started with the shower that wouldn’t stay off and turned itself back on full blast consistently. Not a big deal but then got our room changed, packing our things to change rooms I found a bed bug, shortly after that the immense itching and bites spread across my entire body. But they switched our room and I checked didnt see anymore. But it didn’t stop there, then I step on a tiny shard of glass in the new room. Ouch ok things happen. The next day I hve more and more bites popping up I’m miserable I jump in the shower thinking maybe I need to wash off to stop the itching, ANOTHER larger piece of glass. It doesn’t stop there at this point I need to go get something done and I told my daughter I would be right back as she got out of bed I found a tiny piece of glass IN HER BED. Hoping something is done due to the cost I already paid. All they offered me was late check out, another room change and said I would have to email the manager to see about anything else. 10/10 would not stay here.

This Hotel is positioned in a good location to explore majority of London sites, very near to tube and bus stops, be aware expect noise from outside late and early hours (delivery vehicles) if your a light sleeper. The Hotel Service bedrooms every 4 days (I didn't know this, but do now). I was in an Executive room which had a small table and a couple of chairs. Overall cleanliness of Hotel was good. I didn't use restaurants or the bar in the hotel so cannot comment.

Is too noisy at night, there are all kinds of parties happening in the rooms without respect for other guests. There are also sexual parties happening .

All round poor, especially the fact that communication with the hotel is automated and designed solely to extract more money from the customer!

Attitude of staff was disgusting,no curtains only blinds which dont keep out the light,electrical sicjet not working, ni tea or coffee, was due back in november but will be cancelling

The room was clean and great location in the West End right on the Elizabeth Line. The room comfortably fits one person but was very small by US standards. The bed was hard as a rock. The air conditioner was great!! The shower had perfect pressure with two shower heads. The his hotel is located near pubs so if you are on lower levels you will hear the sounds of the street and the pubs. I would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel for quick trips.

Room was overpriced for what we got. Overrated Holiday in vibes. Billed as luxury but barely average
