First of all, the reception area has been renovated, which gives a good first impression. However, as soon as you go upstairs, there is an incredibly unpleasant smell throughout the room corridors. The hotel feels very old, and the guest rooms have not been renovated at all.
The amenities were of very poor quality. The air conditioning was also extremely noisy—so loud that it was impossible to sleep. I called the staff, and they were genuinely apologetic and did their best to help. Unfortunately, there was no technician available, so we had to switch the air conditioning off. The room temperature was around 35°C, and combined with the unpleasant smell, it made the room almost unbearable. They brought us a fan, but it made no difference.
Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and disappointing night.
