Our stay at The Oberoi, Gurugram on 30th June was nothing short of exceptional. As we had an early morning flight to Canada, the hotel was the perfect choice, offering the ideal combination of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. We stayed in a beautiful Deluxe Room, which was elegant, spacious, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail reflected the high standards that make The Oberoi one of the finest luxury hotels. The breakfast was, as always, outstanding. The spread was lavish, with an excellent selection of fresh seasonal fruits, delicious pistachio croissants, freshly baked pastries, and an impressive variety of Indian and international dishes. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and of the highest quality. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary airport transfer included with our room. Being chauffeured to the airport in a luxurious BMW 7 Series made our journey even more special and completely stress-free. What truly sets The Oberoi apart, however, is its extraordinary hospitality. The staff’s warmth, professionalism, and genuine attention to every guest’s comfort are simply unmatched. From check-in to departure, every interaction was seamless and gracious. The Oberoi, Gurugram continues to exceed our expectations with every visit. It is a hotel where luxury meets heartfelt hospitality, and we always leave with wonderful memories. We look forward to returning again .

Everything

Everything and everyone was wonderful.

My very large suite was not up to par with the rest of the hotel. Honestly my room was not very clean. The floors are not mopped they are swept with a dirty swifter. I know because i watched and asked why. It’s not the staffs fault. This come above and in the training. I have stayed in other Oberoi properties that were better kept. The common areas are kept up and constantly cleaned where as my suite was a little sticky. The staff as always are amazing, kind and sweet and professional. the choice of restaurants lots to choose from, you don’t need to leave the premises if you have back to back meetings there are plenty to choose from. IMrs. Chows a new addition and was good.

This is my third time staying to this particular Oberoi. I have stayed in many oberoi’s all of them special and unique. The staff and service as always are wonderful The restaurants on property always a nice selection. Unfortunately i found the suite i stayed in not up to the cleanliness i would want from Oberoi. As I watches the staff clean, I noticed that they tried their best and did everything correctly. They followed as they are told. The problem came from their training. I don’t think they are properly trained in cleaning. They use a dirty swifter to Clean the Floors. If the swifter is dirty the floors will remain dirty. This is a training issue not a work issue. No need to go on, you get the picture. Apart from that, it is always a beautiful Hotel

In accordance with what other reviewers have stated, this hotel is was just exceptional. The staff, the service, and all of the food was top notch. Anything we needed was attended to and every request taken care of. I highly recommend this property and certainly hope to be able to stay here again.

An extraordinary hotel. The decor is top-notch. The service is the best! The staff made our short stay so memorable because of their attentiveness and kindness. The restaurant was very inventive and delicious. We really enjoyed this place.
