Location was good if you want to stay close to time square

My family of four had a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel in Times Square! The staff was incredibly pleasant, helpful, and attentive from the moment we arrived, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our family. It provided the perfect place to relax after spending the day exploring the city. One of the highlights was the restaurant—the view was absolutely amazing and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was also unbeatable, just a short walk from Times Square and close to everything we wanted to see and do. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with exceptional service and a convenient location in the heart of New York City. We would definitely stay here again!

Location was amazing, very friendly and I ll stay at here every time I visit NY

A great place to stay if you “have” to stay in Times Square area….the restaurant and roof top bar is a BONUS!

Great Hotel and staff and really enjoyed the quiet, when u thought it would be loud being so close to Times Square!! Great stay 🙏🙏

Everything was perfect. Customer service was excellent. Will be returning next time.

The rooms cleaning services did not come even after requesting

Great to have mini fridge in the room, however a microwave is needed as well. Front desk very helpful.

Enjoy my visit from beginning to end!

I really enjoyed my stay
