Everything is good

Very nice hotel. Lovely spacious rooms and the staff members were friendly. Will def stay when I return. The breakfast was very good. I loved the location too from the airport but also you walk outside and there are nice restaurants to go to.

Great stay, greatest team in customer service

I had 2 reservations in this property, I had high expectations to start with the roof top pool which was under maintenance, so they offered me breakfast on all days which was a nice gesture. When I arrived on my first night, quite tired after midnight and I had big day next day at work, the girl at the reception gave me a wrong room category ( single room with single bed) all room is so tight and claustrophobic, but my reservation clearly stated double room with double bed, I went down to her to tell her, and she had unpleasant face and told me “ sleep now and come tomorrow we can change it for you” So basically 1 of my nights I paid extra on a double room but I was forced into a tight room. Other staff were very nice and friendly except of this girl, the guys who were arranging the breakfast were super nice and welcoming. Location is good. Cleaning was also good, but the property is really old so that does not show much.

The staff and visitors were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and I would definitely return to this spot again.

The pool was out of commission but they more than made up for it. I recommend to anyone that comes to Madrid. I lost all hope for Spain until I got here. lol Staff is great Good is great Rooms are great Service is great Idk what else to say honestly

A

Clean room as expected

The hotel is in a very strategic area near the Bernabeu Football Soccer Stadium, you can get there walking. The staff is always available and very helpful. Breakfast is a bit monotonous, but you only notice it if you stay for a long period of time otherwise is good.

Very good
