Best trip we have had in ages So good I just booked it again

From the moment we stepped into reception we were impressed by the grandeur of the hotel. We were welcomed by the Concierge and directed to Reception where we were assisted by a lovely Irish young lady. From start to finish all the staff made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. Our room was luxurious and immaculate, serviced daily. Breakfasts were delicious. We ate in the restaurant in the evening which offered a variety of delights. The bars were beautifully appointed and the Observatory a must see. We can't wait to visit again.

I loved this hotel and would definitely return! The staff couldn’t be nicer & more helpful. The rooms are beautiful & comfortable and a great value. The location is convenient. The rooftop bar has great views of Belfast. The only drawback was the elevators are being worked on, so they were slow and some large tour groups stay there, so breakfast was very crowded. But the staff did a great job accommodating us and the Irish porridge was delicious.

Super hotel with excellent location, excellent breakfast and a choice of places to eat for other meals

Hotel was lovely & staff were very friendly. Only problem was the length of time it took to get the lift! We wanted to go to the Observatory bar but waited 22 minutes on the lift, as one was reserved for priority guests & the other was a service lift. Also took quite a while to get a drink at the Observatory bar.

Staff were excellent.. attentive, friendly and chatty.. room was great..

No idea of hospitality. Not even basics like how are you or did you enjoy your stay. A lot of nonsense about food provenance but breakfast especially bread poor.

Well worth checking out the observatory and the Seahorse Lounge, a nice place to hang out in, really nice staff.
