Selected due to airport location with 24 hr airport shuttle. Hotel staff extremely helpful. Very clean and enjoyed modern decor of room. Ate dinner in restaurant which was tasty and service was excellent. Thought closeness to airport might be a source of noise however room was very quiet

Great stay. If only breakfast cost more reasonable and internet crashed second day of stay.

I can't find the baucher, where they reimburse me for this property, since due to personal problems I wouldn't be able to be on those dates, so I can't give my ratings where I wasn't staying.

Everything is good except the shuttle bus pick up, waited 40 minutes

Excellent front desk staff.....convenient bar/restaurant.....quick shuttle ride to DFW

Ripped off even though i pre-paid my reservation. No authority to charge my credit card. Will not respond to Hotels.com. Becareful and do not leave your credit card as guarantee!!!

Stayed here after a canceled flight. Shampoo bottle did not dispense, hot tub was not heated or resolved after overnight hours. Beds are only doubles (for 3 adults). No property ammenities cities such as coffee. Would never go back or recommend

After a long night of delayed flights we finally got to our hotel room (booked it because we thought the Marriott would be better than than the Motel 6 or LaQuinta the airline was going to put us in.) WRONG! Waited 35-40 minutes @ 3 am for a shuttle. The air conditioner never cooled our room even at 65 degrees. The pocket/barn door to bathroom would barely slide open or shut -- so you had to squeeze thru to go to the bathroom and the closet light would not turn off. The electrical was hanging from the ceiling in the closet. No light switch anywhere. The night staff was horrible. The day time staff were great! I didn't have a toothbrush due to our flight delays and luggage being lost - I asked if they had a toothbrush but they could not find one. They had toothpaste but NO toothbrush. I will NEVER stay here again. Marriott needs to know about these conditions. Maybe the other rooms were magnificent but not room 343.
