Good location. A quite pleasant stay.

Great location. Connected to the Detroit People Mover which accesses the Detroit downtown loop including stadiums.

WILL BE BACK! Staff was super friendly even the security guards. Room was clean and nice size.❤️ I wish the process for valet was better but valet was great too ❤️

It was very clean. Very helpful. The guy working the day we arrived told us about people mover. Which was so helpful. And pool was nice and clean area. Not busy at all. We did use weight room. Definitely going to stay there again.

No working rest rooms in the lobby where the bar is located

Staff was super nice and gave me good information can’t remember their names but one girl was going to the r&b tour 7/5 and the other had a bob they were the most helpful and super nice have had customer service like that in a while

It took over an hour to get checked in after checking in and being sent to 2 rooms that were not cleaned finally the staff sent someone to find us a clean room that we could check into. It was late like 1030ish before we got into a clean room. We tried to extend our trip by one day (stay a sat night ) it was nearly 800 for an additional one night in a room with 2 queen beds. No microwave in the room which was unexpected and frustrating. It is a nice hotel with the tram connected and such but it absolutely isn't worth 800 per night with half the elevators not working, the hot tub not working, etc.

Excellent customer service.

The room was clean and the view was great. The only issue was a rude server at the applebees restaurant. The location on the people mover line was also a great bonus.

Nice staff clean room. pool and hot tub were great and clean with a view of the gm building and Detroit river great view of the city from room as well very nice hotel all around
