The room was amazing as far as size with two toilets and a huge bathroom with a tub and huge shower. However, it does need a paint job and furniture upgrade bad. The bed was hard and the comforter on the bed was dirty inside of the duvet cover but lucky me I brought a blanket with me. The food at Orange Blossom was amazing and I loved the rooftop and pool area. I will definitely return to the hotel for a bigger room and with more friends. I just hope the air is working in the lobby and hallways when I return. Thank you, Boulan for making my 44th b-day peaceful and stress free. Also, the hotel put a $400+ hold on my card that Expedia should've explained before booking.

shower heads weren't great. Pretty bad communication as well.

Housekeeping needs to be better. we had a penthoise but the roof was in such a dilapidated state, it was not usable

Definitely the nicest staff ever. Super helpful and friendly. I stayed in few hotels during my stay in Miami and the stuff was so far the best.

2bdrm is a PH which also comes with a private area on the roof near the pool.

Things I loved about Boulan: -proximity to the beach -cleanliness -great equipment at the gym -rooftop pool/lounge area -balcony -expresso machine in room -rooms have EVERYTHING you need (e.g. a clothing steamer, a sponge to wash the dishes) -in room washer dryer Honestly, I could go on. This was an exceptional stay; I would 1000% recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!!!

We had the 3 bedroom penthouse, it was fantastic. Huge balcony and beautiful interior. They gave us a free bottle of wine which was a nice touch, but maybe consider white/bubbles in the summer instead of red. The translucent doors to the bedrooms do let through a ton of light, so bring a sleep mask if you plan to sleep past sunrise. One other slightly disappointing thing was the roof balcony access was bolted closed for some reason. Overall a great spot and would recommend and stay again.
