Room, staff and breakfast were excellent

To begin the check in was incredibly slow. The room had a fridge which was dirty. Some of the wall electrical sockets were not working. Over a two night stay we had to have our card key reset 5 times. Each time having to traipse down to reception and never an apology received. The with only a couple of exceptions were unfriendly and some rude. The breakfast was ok. The best feature of this hotel is the pool. We have traveled extensively in South America and this is the worst hotel ever stayed at

Friendly Staff, clean. But no coffee or other such amenities in room, despite having inviting looking cups.

A lovely hotel right on the riverfront, where you can walk for miles. The old town is about a 15-minute walk. A nice indoor heated pool and a lovely outdoor one too

They gave us a room designed for handicapped, a foul smell was coming through the shower sink, the street noise was heard all night due to poor windows insulation, the toilet paper holder was broken, the TV couldn’t stream Amazon due to poor internet speed, and so on.

Desayuno de mala calidad. Gimnasio en mal estado con los equipos rotos. Para llegar a las habitaciones se debe pasar por la cochera. Las persianas no cubren bien las ventanas y entra la luz. Hotel caro por lo que brindan.

Hotel was nice, we upgraded to an apartment so we could have a balcony. Good breakfast in the morning, a little far from the old town, but we walked and enjoyed the view along the river.

The air conditioning filters of the room were covered with dirt (it's the 4th time it happens) and the bed mattress was totally expired creating a well

Nothing

The cordiality, helpful ,they make you feel home
