Sensible environment

Very clean and all around great environment

The property is very well maintained, room was clean, staff very friendly and helpful, and plenty of dining options. I enjoyed my stay,

This hotel was amazing! I loved that they offered complimentary ice cream on Fridays and Saturdays. My daughter was especially happy because the hotel does such a great job making kids feel welcome. The location was perfect—close to downtown Dallas but far enough away from the busy traffic. It was only about a 5-minute drive to downtown, and Ubers were always available with very fast pickup times. I was also impressed that the hotel provided a microwave for guests to use if they needed to heat up leftovers, which was very convenient. We are a family of three, and we would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Dallas. Highly recommend

Everything was five star.

Check in process was so smooth! Valerie at the front desk is the sweetest and so helpful! All staff are friendly and drinks from the bars were perfect!

Overall, it was a good experience.

Excellent property in the heart of downtown!

Great room!
