Friendly staff.
The bed was rock hard, and the duvet cover is missing stuffing. It was just a sheet.
The Climate control was good.
The taps in the tub are very finniky to use.
The pool was being worked on when we arrived so we did not get to use that.
I prebooked a late check out, got a confirmation, the staff had no record of it despite me showing them the email.
They did say it would be okay. Internal booking system had issues.

I had the do not desturb sigh on the door and the maid still came in the room. She knocked and called housekeeping, but opened the door before giving me a chance to answer, when I had asked not to be desturbed sign on the outside.
