Well located for a stop off. Head over the main road opposite for a cool and trendy craft beer Keller then a pizza on parade of shops. Room basic but only slept in it, lots of hot water a good buffet breakfast before we were out at 8:30. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Parking was free and just outside the hotel, breakfast was continental and ok. Staff were very good and the room was clean and tidy.

The staff at this hotel is simply excellent; friendly and exceptionally customer focused - a true eye-opener of what is possible in a service industry.

Convenience stop off in a familiar area close to restaurants

This hotel is very convenient for a night on the road. It is very tired though and needs some money spending on it. It was very clean. The staff were lovely especially Contin ( I hope I gave spelt his name correctly) on reception. We were in a room with noisy neighbours and he did not hesitate to offer us another room. Had a good nights sleep.

Good stop over for one night , pleasant and friendly staff .

The staff at the property were nice and friendly, which made check-in a pleasant experience. However, the room itself was a major letdown. The bed was full of hair, which was extremely off-putting and suggested the sheets hadn’t been properly changed. The bathroom wasn’t much better: there was visible mould around the shower, making it feel unhygienic and neglected. Overall, despite the warm welcome from the staff, the lack of basic cleanliness and hygiene made for a very uncomfortable stay. It was so bad, we decided not to stay.

The hotel booking changed up the dates I needed and through no fault of my own I have been refused a refund. The whole service has been a disgrace

The number on the night entry door is for someone in Paris. I was not given the code which opens the door and spent 40 minutes trying to get in. Eventually I was given a number to call when the man I was speaking to realised I was in Poitiers. I must add that the shower was broken. It worked but there was nowhere to hang it up.
