We HIGHLY recommend coming to Mulia ! We had the most amazing stay. We came here for our honeymoon however it has something for everyone - families, couples, retirees etc. The facilities are so clean! We could not speak more highly of the staff who are all so kind and helpful. The resort is honestly huge - it is broken up into the Mulia resort, the mulia suites and the Mulia villas. We stayed in the suite which we thoroughly enjoyed. The resort was not busy despite the Mulia been at 80% capacity during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with an excellent range of amenities. Waking up to the beautiful ocean views each day was a real highlight and made the experience even more memorable. The staff truly stood out—they were attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. Their warm and accommodating approach created a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Dining was equally impressive. Both the in-room dining service and the restaurant offered an excellent selection of food, catering well to both adults and kids. Everything we tried was fresh, delicious, and well-presented. For families, the hotel is especially well equipped. There were plenty of wonderful kids’ facilities, including a fun splash pool, floaties available for hire, and a great kids club that kept little ones entertained. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would happily return again.

As this was our first trip to Bali, I spent a lot of time researching the right hotel, especially as we were celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday. The Mulia exceeded every expectation. The service was outstanding from arrival. The butler team was attentive, proactive, and genuinely thoughtful, always anticipating our needs and making the stay feel seamless and personal. What truly stood out was the culture across the resort. Every staff member showed incredible attention to detail, remembered our names, and engaged warmly with our two year old son, which made us feel completely comfortable as a family. The dining options were also superb — excellent variety, consistently high quality, and still very family friendly. A truly polished luxury experience. We would absolutely return.

Ocean front premium room. A lot of noise from children screaming in the pool below our balcony most of the day. A children's swimming pool is needed. Average swimming beach as compared to Hawaii and the Caribbean. At low tide swimmable beach is below average. Swimming pools are at 1.1m depth throughout clean and desirable. An additional inside bar with sufficient seating would be a welcomed addition. A proper handrail to enter abd exit the balcony jacuzzi is warranted for safety measures. Beautiful property. Friendly and helpful staff. Public and room furniture dated. Light needed for makeup and shaving mirror.

We had a wonderful experience at the Mulia Suites. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Extremely attentive service. The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff go above and beyond for you to make sure you are comfortable and have what you need at all times. Enjoyed the pool, the room, and all the restaurants. They have buggies to take you from one facility to the other at any hour of the day/night. When we arranged for a driver to take us from the hotel back to the airport, there was somebody from the Mulia at the airport as we got out of the vehicle and assisted us with our baggage to the check-in point. We couldn’t ask for better service! Stay at the Mulia suites. You will not be disappointed!

Certainly one of the most luxurious places we’ve ever stayed, wonderful breakfast and high tea lunch, all that. But the most incredible thing was the staff. Now I don’t know. It was our first stay in Bali. Maybe the whole island’s that way but the Mulia was clearly exceptional - vibe-wise.

Exceptional friendly and very helpful staff. Brilliant buffet and Al Le Carte breakfast. The buffet restaurant was very spacious, with so much food to choose from. For Al Le Carte, the staff was very welcoming in serving you had lots of choice to pick from the menu. Our stay also included the afternoon tea, which had free flowing drink for 2 hours! The room we booked was ocean facing beach access which is literally facing the ocean with no obstructed view. The three pool wasn’t busy at all (maybe it was off peak season). The beach and the walk way along it was also very clean. I would recommend The Mulia to anyone for its luxury and friendliness. In peaceable food and great pool and beach location.
