Great location and nice and pretty unit. Definitely worth the price we pay for almost 10 days of staying will definitely come back again

This is a great hotel. The staff and location are great. I gave them 5 stars. However, avoid Room 207. It is a fire escape room, and there is a massive light in there that shows where the fire escape equipment is. You cannot turn it off and it will affect tour sleep. Most rooms do not seem to have it but 207 does.

This was our second visit in 6 months and we felt welcomed back home by all the staff! Everyone remembered us and one of the staff even showed us a photo she took with my uncle the last time we were here. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I felt so welcomed. They left us a welcome back banner and handwritten welcome card when we arrived. You can’t go wrong with the Dandy hotel Tianjin. The location is fantastic- close to MRT and food and shopping everywhere nearby. Zhongshan is a very hip area and convenient to getting to many other locations in Taipei. The hotel is clean and cozy with a tasty breakfast and free laundry machines. There is actually an award winning beef soup noodle place literally next door which placed in the top 3 in a 2025 competition. (Try the tomato beef noodle with grilled beef). My husband was practicing speaking beginning Chinese and he talked the ears off of the breakfast staff each morning. We remember them fondly from our last visit and they were so kind to indulge him. We gave one of the staff a small gift and I couldn’t believe and felt bad that she even went out of her way and bought us a box of pineapple cakes from a famous local bakery. Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff and breakfast staff pay attention to details and make you feel welcome. I highly recommend the Dandy Tianjin if you want you have a personal experience.

Perfect stay in every way. Delicious breakfast, great snacks throughout the day, comfortable room/bed, and most importantly kind and generous staff. Would stay again for sure.

What an amazing hotel!! Wonderful staff, very clean and comfortable rooms, and excellent breakfast. There is also free laundry facilities within the hotel itself.

Superb location, walking distance to many attractions

I stayed at Dandy Tianmu in Nov 25 and was so impressed with the quality in all aspect that I decided to stay at Dandy Tianjin this time. Equally delighted at how attentive, helpful and thoughtful everyone is (and I mean EVERYONE from front desk staff of all shifts to housekeeping to breakfast chefs and the service members at the restaurant area). They are personable and pays close attention to the needs of guests, and is ready to go to the extra miles, if they haven’t already anticipated your needs. I lost one Hermes diamond earrings and housekeeping found it for me. The breakfast aren’t a large spread yet every item is fresh, tasty, high qualify and thoughtfully prepared, with a menu that changes daily. I absolutely LOVE this hotel and will make it my home away from home when in Taiwan. And oh, the bed and duvet is comfortable. I slept well.
