Very nice front desk lady stuff and we appreciate the help and courtesy extended from her. Clean room and great location. Recommended.

Really friendly and helpful staff, shared bathrooms cleaned every day. Good location - definitely the best hostel we stayed while visiting Vienna

The room was great, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Only complaint is lack of aircon but I know that's an Austrian cultural thing. Also the house keepers twice let themselves into my room without notice. Just knocked and came right in. Once I was nude lol... whatever, I'm a man but if I were a woman I would have been upset.

Convenient location just off U1 subway. Clean safe and organised.

Easy to find, good location for u-bahn. Comfy bed. Easy check in.

I had a very good stay at the hostel. Its clean and staffs are very friendly and approachable. The metro is just 3 mins walking distance and 10mins for OBB station. Breakfast has a good variety too. The only issue was there are no adaptor sockets in the shower/ bathroom and since it's en suite it becomes difficult to use the hair dryers at night as using the hair dryer at the allocated bed socket makes it noisy for other roommates especially after 2200 when others are sleeping. Overall, a good safe stay.

Hotel is located near a walking street with many eating places and cafe's. Only about 15 minutes walk from Wien Haubtbahnhof. Excellent continental breakfast is served for a reasonable price.

The hostel is conveniently located, close to the metro, a shopping mall, and various cafes. The staff is 100/10; the guys at reception are top notch! The rooms are in very good condition. I'll definitely visit again on my next trip to Vienna.

Simple hostel, close to city and wonderful staff.

Great room, staff was friendly!
