Great location, close to everything, very clean rooms. Staff was helpful and always around. I would go here again.

Great location. Very walkable and close to shopping and restaurants.

The reason for a score of “good” is due to the beds being extremely soft. Otherwise the hotel was in a great area, very clean and staff were very quick to respond to our requests. The valet service was also excellent.

Everything was great however, some guests were too loud in the super late at night.

Front desk was not hospitable . She seemed to be trying to be nice. When I arrived she said my room wasn’t ready but she could give me another. I asked what the difference in rooms was and she said no difference. So I asked, what would my room that is “not ready” have different from the one that’s ready. She laughed and said nothing. So, then why say my room is not ready??? As I agreed on getting the room that was ready she then handed me keys. I stood there for like 3 min waiting for her to say something like, welcome or here is a bit of helpful information about our hotel. She said nothing… I stood there and then after 3 minutes she looked at me and said, do you need something? I said, am I done? She laughed and said ya! Very passive-aggressive. When I checked out. I waited in the lobby for 3-4 min for someone to come help. One of the cleaning ladies ended up opening a door in which someone was just chilling in and she said to him, you have people outside waiting for you. By this time there were 3 of us in line. Overall I feel front desk needs training on hospitality.

Loved this hotel. Great location

We showed up to the hotel and when we got to our room, we practically tripped on the bed. The room was so small. Also, the window was painted white so you didn't have to look out at the busy street. We decided not to stay and rather drive home that night instead. We had paid $475 in advance through Expedia. For that amount, we would have expected more. They didn't even provide a complimentary breakfast or parking. Fortunately, the hotel manager was very understanding, and he refunded the room 100%. I was able to work with an Expedia agent and they are processing the refund. If we had known in advance that the hotel was not acceptable, we never would have made the reservation.

Lovely boutique hotel off State Street makes for easy walking access to restaurants and shops and the harbor.

Clean, spacious room, and totally walkable area of town.

Great location. Walking distance to the beach and to a fun street with lots of shops and restaurants. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Overall a good stay.
