TV remote/TV was not working properly. Had to use controls on the BACK of the TV to turn it on/off. Streaming service was not able to cast from my phone to the TV. A man came and tried to get it to work but only enabled on screen Netflix/Amazon Prime: I was not able to cast those streaming services from my phone/acvount. Eventually, with some difficulty, I was able to get Standard Netflix, (not my account) Man who tried to help get TV set up stated that RCA devices, (like the TV in my room) was often difficult/impossible to format correctly. I have a reservation at this hotel for next weekend also. If the issue hasn’t been resolved by then, I doubt I would stay there again.

The staff and management were very helpful regarding a change in our schedule. Professional and courteous. We plan to stay at this facility again.

Break fast was very good!!

Room was musty and damp. Tv didn’t work. Was there for a week and never they came to clean the room. The slider didn’t open so no fresh air.

Very nice place to stay. Staff was great, very helpful. Nice breakfast room with enough choices. Room could use a little freshen up but was fine, and loved the mattress in it.

The facility was clean, staff were helpful, and breakfast was delicious! We will stay here again in the future.

Great value for our stay and dog friendly environment. Close to the Temple of Eckankar in Chanhassen.

Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good. Would definitely stay there again.

We arrived at the hotel on one of the hottest weekends of the summer for our two night stay. When we arrived there was no air conditioning in the hallway or elevator and the hotel has a bit of a smell that I couldn't really identify. We were told upon check in that they put a hold of $100 for incidentals on my credit card, no problem. I understand. We get our room, 318, while we are getting situated in the room my husband says that the carpet by the air conditioner was soaking wet. We then notice what looks like dog waste in the corner of the room. Pretty gross. We go down to the front desk to let management know, they move us to another room on the same floor just a few doors down, much better space, no weird smell and appears to be clean. We settle in and decide to go find some dinner. We come back and our keys do not work for our room, go down to the front desk to have them reactivated. Bed was comfy. We go out the next day and come back to our keys not working again, get them reactivated. Now returning home I look at my bank statement and see that they charged my card for our stay PLUS put another hold for another 2 night stay back on my card. The hotel was fine but seemed like alot of unnecessary stuff that happened and not happy about another charge. When I called in I was told to call back when manager arrived.
