I really enjoyed staying here for the week it’s a perfect location and the metro isn’t far away and it’s got the downtown line which connects everywhere I wanted to go. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Singapore. One suggestion maybe the lockers could be a bit bigger it just about fit my small backpack but if you had a checked bag size it’s wouldn’t fit

Everything was great at this hotel. Staff. Lounge area. Kitchen area. All great. Cannot comment on the included breakfast as we had an early flight and could not stay. The only problem was the room (no 102) which looked like it used to be a public area due to the emergency exit door and 3 exit lights on the ceiling. These lights made it appear like daylight 24/7. We didn’t even need to turn the actual room lights on. And why the emergency exit door? How is this safe in an actual emergency? So many questions here … So a great hotel, just don’t take room 102.

Initially stayed for 3 nights in 101-6, then added one more night. The dorms are compact as would be expected in Singapore. The bunks arrayed both sides of the walls. On one side lengthwise and breadthwise on the other. My bunk 101-6 which was breadthwise and preferable as it let in less light. Each bunk had a locker that could fit two small suitcases, a privacy curtain, a private light, two electrical sockets. The bed had a firm mattress and a warm duvet. There were 4 shared bathrooms & toilets, which didn't sound like a lot with about 20 bunks, but there was no wait for me except late in the evening. The free breakfast was excellent, varied and was different all 4 days. The only negatives were the Wifi, which dropped intermittently in the dorm, but fine elsewhere. The dorm door was often left open and one morning a false fire alarm went off at 6am. Overall, I had a good stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The bed is comfortable and the location is close to Chinatown & MRT.

Location is close to Maxwell station MRT, celling type air conditioner on 302 third floor with capsule space . Head turn inside cubicle is hot as no air ventilation inside capsule. I'm turn outside and get sleep for 1 night. Included free breakfast at fernwell cafe .

Stay here on one off for 4 months. Best experience I had in Singapore

Great condition, cleanliness and friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Stayed 1 night in the large shared room, and it was perfect; quiet and even with a lot of guests the shared spaces like bathroom and ahowera were kept very nice and neat. They even offer amenities like toothbrush, comb, shampoo etc.

Loved the complimentary breakfast. Great location. Clean rooms and showers/toilets. Nice staff. The beds are nice, I slept well. Only issue was the ladder leading up to the top bunk. It’s a bit narrow and tricky to climb up and out of the bed. I was scared I was going to fall off several times.

nice more upscale hostel in the Chinatown area. prime location, easy to get around. good for couples. shared bathrooms and dorms. have seperate female showers and bathrooms. good amenities in the showers. say they clean rooms once per day, but ours wasn't cleaned. I'm past my hostel days, but wanted my GF to have the experience. nice that they offer daily breakfast. clean rooms and bathrooms. seems like an older crowd as well.

Great location, great atmosphere. Very helpful staff. Easy check-in and check-out. First hostel experience was a positive one here. Would return.
