We reached the hotel around 10 AM. Although the standard check-in time of hotel is 2 PM, the manager did not allow us to check in early. I understand that early check-in may depend on room availability and can involve an additional charge, but the communication could have been more visitor-friendly. Overall, the room was good and comfortable. The biggest advantage is the perfect location on Princess Street, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and the Fort Kochi area on foot. With a little improvement in the early check-in experience and guest communication, this could be a much better stay.

Definitely not worth 5K per night. The location is great! The room is okay, toiletries were available on request. Also saw a cockroach in the room on the last night
