We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. First thing u need to know is the 3rd bedroom downstairs has a single bed. This threw things out for us as our youngest didn't want to sleep downstairs on her own, so our giant teenager had to have a single bed while the younger child had a double bed all to themselves. Knowing the layout would have changed my decision. The downstairs of the villa was freezing, the air con wasn't working properly. How a property doesn't have proper heating in the NZ winter is beyond me. We asked for it to be fixed, they brought over some small heaters. That warmed it up, housekeeping them took them away the following day. Housekeeping was so hit and miss. Some days they replaced a couple of towels, others all, other just took out the rubbish etc. Kitchen not properly stocked made it hard to cook. Villa 53 car park is not in front of the unit. Such a bizarre set up.

Great place to stay. Convenient being able to have breakfast onsite as well as the bowling. Staff were very kind and friendly.

Dirty used tissues under bed, obviously not cleaned well, facecloth under other bed. Kitchen had limited cups/mugs. Staff came in cleared facecloths in bathroom but not replaced, Handtowels not changed for 4days, no kitchen cloth/sponge

clean place, great amenities and nice staff

Very clean, comfortable, great location, great to have 3 bedrooms, we enjoyed the bowling and exceptional service from Ritika at reception

Can't express enough how well we were treated at this property. Facility was immaculate, staff was incredible, villa was perfect.

Friendly & helpful staff, nice apartment with functional kitchen, warm, clean and comfortable beds, and dedicated parking in front of our 2 bedroom apartment is handy
