Great hotel !

We had a three-bed-room and it was in a corner of a floor (11th). Bath with window, shower is good, ameneties very good, every day clean towels, waterbottles and pads for the coffee machine. new linen after 3 days, the 24/7 Lawson shop on base level is perfect and we found all we need.

Short stay. Comfortable bed and pillows. Was not able to experience breakfast

Clean rooms. Tiniest hotel room we stayed in by far. Walking distance to Team Labs. According to a tour guide we were pretty close to alot of things.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à 3 reprises durant notre voyage en famille au Japon. Le staff a été très gentil et attentionné. Nous avons eu une mésaventure avec un typhon et le staff s'est montré très compréhensif et arrangeant.

部屋も清潔で快適でした。氷がおいてある場所が少し遠かったのが残念でした。

Check in was horrible; I arrived around 2am at the hotel and the concierge was the worst front desk helpers that I have ever met and I traveled multiple times a year (experience traveler). It’s not so close to the main Tokyo tourist attractions and not convenient at all when it comes to food; there’s a 24hr convenient store at the hotel and that’s set. I definitely don’t recommend that place and won’t come back.

The hotel is amazingly quiet. Looks like a new building. It is connected directly to a a hospital there. However, no traffic for the hospital is seen whatsoever. So, it’s very quiet indeed. The cityscape that’s seen from the window is gorgeous, especially at night. The hotel is close 3 minutes walk to the monorail station, and a ten minute walk to a newly built mall. Getting to the city (Shibuya, Harijuku etc) is through the monorail (you go down at the “Aritake Tennis” startin station) and then you switch there to the subway line to the city. Easy peesy! Meals: Ummmm… if you are having dietary issues, especially if you are a dairy-free person, you’d find there’s a bit of a challenge. They do NOT supply any dairy-free bread/pastry. Not even gluten free. We asked them for it, and they don’t supply. Actually refuse. Don’t ask me why. 🤔 Similar issue with many of the options that they offer, not only the bread. Most of the options are dairy: curry, sauces, soups etc. That was personally a bit disappointing, because previous hotels around the world did happily accommodate our dietary needs. Regarding dinner: Personally — do not bother. Most — if not all — of the dishes are dairy!! The dining room (in June 2026) was almost completely empty, on every evening we were there. Perhaps you can underhand why… This is the only shortcoming of this hotel in my opinion. But food is an important consideration in booking hotels, so do your homework if you are on dairy free diet.

The room was nice and comfortable, and the staff were really helpful
