Great location

We stayed there for 3 nights and staffs are super nice and helpful!! The location is just right on the bund, super closed to everything!!

Room was very small. Air conditioning did not work well. Room was very warm. Loud construction every morning woke us up.

I loved the place and how helpful the stuff are was remarkable, it was an excellent experience, it was my first time in China and I’ll come back again

We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. All the staff including Mu was very helpful right from our check in and until our check out on our final day of our stay. Helped us to book our taxi to the airport as our flight was early morning so she pre booked taxi for 5 am in the morning. The choice of breakfast was very good. We booked the room with panoramic view of the Bund and really pleased that we made the right choice and got amazing view of the Bund from our room window.

I honestly will recommend this place to anyone. The staff was very helpful with the language barrier we manage to use google translate and so did the staff breakfast was delicious, and our room had the river view and we can see the Oriental Pearl tower. Beautiful sunrise from our room. It’s located right across the river where you can walk to the Bund. We also walk to the local restaurants and other shops near by. I will stay here again. Thank you staff for your smiling face and always helpful when we needed it. Also the security are very helpful . It’s very secure there is a guard on the first floor and you have to use your key to get in the elevator. Thank you again💞

We have a great stay in Jinglai Hotel as their breakfast is very fresh and great food! Their location is very convenient and the building is very secure. We feel very safe and comfortable and the hotel is modern with nice amenities! Thank you so much!

The room was comfortable and the shower was great, there was tea making facilities however there was no teaspoon. Position of the hotel was excellent as it was across the road from the Bund. The only complaint was that the breakfast items were cold, fried eggs cold, dumplings cold, everything was cold/ maybe just lukewarm. Overall not to bad
