Our family loved that the room was spacious and clean. We loved the two vanities in the bathroom and the sofa was a good area to sit and to watch TV after a long day of walking around Kyoto. The washer/dryer combo was a huge plus. The receptionists were also very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again. 10/10 highly recommend this apartment hotel.

Room was spacious for family of 4 and very clean with home conveniences like kitchen and washer/dryer. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful in calling for cab/taxi. About 10mins walk to subway.

The hotel didn’t have designated parking or a restaurant. Don’t get me wrong it’s an awesome place to stay. Just need those additions.

Nice apartment hotel with an excellent washer/dryer that was easy to operate and actually dried our clothes. The only downside is the lack of any type of hotel services, especially no coffee machine in the room or available in the lobby. There were also pans but no cooktop to use them. Price was a bit high but the room was relatively big.
