ยอดเยี่ยม room was beautiful, so spacious, so much storage, i felt so relaxed here! the hallway is a little scary but the rooms are worth it.

Decent value hotel if you want to stay near Seoul Station or Namdaemon Markets. Local area is very quiet on a weekend. Room was spacious and clean. Unique arrangement where this hotel takes floors of the Ramada so you don’t have access to the usual hotel experience ie lobby reception, restaurant, etc, but this was fine for us.

Room was very clean and a good size. Even though it was a contactless check in/check out, it was very easy to get in-person help with questions and stored luggage in their office just around the corner from the check in.

The hotel location is very convenient. Next to Starbucks, CU. Go down to basement and must try the local restaurants. 10 minutes walk to Seoul station. The young gentleman staff at 701 was very nice and friendly. We stored our luggage with him before check in time. He sent us a message thru WhatsApp to let us know that our room is ready and he moved all 3 luggage 3 backpacks to the room for us. We are so thankful of his kindness. The room is big enough for our 2 medium luggage and 1 carryon to open wide and we still have room to walk around comfortable. We really appreciated for the daily room refresh, refill water bottles and towels. Definitely coming back to Hotel Modak next time in Seoul.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Modak Namdaemun. The room was spacious (over 30 sqm), very clean, and serviced daily with fresh towels and bottled water provided each day. I also appreciated the kitchenette, fridge/freezer, and the convenient washer-dryer combo unit, which made the stay much more comfortable.
The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They kindly stored my luggage after checkout while I waited for a late flight, which I really appreciated.
The location was also excellent - very central and convenient for getting around. Overall, a comfortable and well-managed hotel that I would happily stay at again.

The property was PERFECT for our family. The check in/check out process and instructions are by far the easiest and very convenient I have ever encountered and we travel quite often. The room is very spacious, clean and bed was so comfortable, kind of hard to get to out of bed and explore :-). It is a perfect spot, near everything. I highly recommend this property, quiet, clean , near stations/bus/markets/next to plenty coffee shops and very good korean chicken next door and kbbq a few steps away. Really enjoyed our
stay here. Staff was very nice

There is a short cut to the hotel. After Exit 3 from the subway tunnel, turn left after Starbucks. Walk through the car park of Yonsei University Building, cross the traffic crossing and you are almost there at the hotel.

The room has everything. Clean too. The hotel itself share with Ramada. No separate lounge. Check in was confusing. However I’m happy with the room and location.

My family stayed here for 2 weeks and it was the perfect location! The room was great for our family of 4 with 2 young kids. The room was very clean and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back!
