The hotel is in a really good spot. Plenty of convenience stores nearby, a good bakery, and so close to the station. I was on the 11th floor and the elevator was pretty fast, though the lining on the elevator walls was beginning to peel off. The room is pretty nice, basically your average hotel room. I originally booked shared bathroom but I guess they gave me an upgrade which was really nice. I didn't interact with staff much but they were very helpful both times I did (for check in and luggage storage). The air conditioner in the room was somewhat confusing but it was fine for the most part. There was only one washer and dryer and the dryer can only take smaller loads. There are some laundromats relatively close by so it wasn't much of an issue. Overall pretty good. If you're looking for a hotel to just sleep and go about your day when you wake up, it's perfect.

This hotel is amazing. Brand new renovated. It’s lovely. Super clean and fresh. Great location. Train station is a 3 minute walk. We booked this hotel for our Disney trip. Literally jump on the train and it’s 48 minutes to the park. Highly recommend it. Grocery store close by. Walking distance to the popular temple there. Staff were amazing.

We chose this hotel to explore a not so busy side of Tokyo, location was good. Definitely a decent budget option, or if you just need one or two nights. We stayed for four nights which was a little bit long for the room size. Not a whole lot going on super nearby, one train stop gets you to the main Ueno area with lively vendors. The bed was absolutely rock hard and pillows weren’t great… Did not sleep well. Room was very small, no window. Our bed had some hair in it. They fixed this, however, by changing our sheets. We use the washer and dryer, which was very nice. Nice toilet. Great shower pressure, just small but that is okay.

Room clean and confortable, laundry free and easy to access. Clean towels .

Stay& Go had all the essentials. If you’re ok sharing a Community shower and restroom this place is GREAT. We knew we’d be out enjoying Tokyo most of the days we stayed there so the room was sufficient for my daughter and I. We also made use of the microwave to warm up Konbini items and did laundry there as well. Staff was friendly and allowed us to check our bags there for a few hours after check out so we could do a few things before leaving town. Over all very nice experience.

Lovely clean place with a ton of history! Breakfast was delicious, the baths were clean, and the place had a relaxing atmosphere. They had a Shinto book with stories of their gods and goddesses in both Japanese and English which was really helpful in learning more about Japanese culture. There’s a laundry unit for a small fee, communal sinks for washing face and brushing teeth that are always quiet and clean. Check out was very quick. I would stay again! Great price for what you get. Thank you for a great stay!
