The property is located next to many places to eat and not far from the market. It’s also close to public transportation (about a block). There is also a laundry so while you may not be able to dry your clothes you can wash them then go across to street to get them dried. You have access to 2 convenience stores one located within the property. Enjoyed my stay and loved the room.

Clean, convenient. Drawback is lack or inefficiency elevators.

It was clean and quiet. I liked having the kitchenette and washing machine although there is no dryer. I did not have a view and the balcony did not have a chair and it was overlooked by the building next door. The room was quite small but the bed comfortable and shower was good The area was nondescript but close to a subway.

Clean, modern hotel. Staff was excellent. Great room, shower. Great breakfast. Would stay again!

The room was really good , with AC, washing machine, stove everything, clean , the hotel in good location for subway connection and taxis

This hotel is super convenient—it's within easy walking distance of both Euljiro 3-ga and 4-ga stations, giving you access to three different subway lines to get anywhere in the city. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortably fit our family of four with two Queen size beds. Having a washer and dryer right in the room was a massive bonus. They do not help to keep the luggages but there are storage lockers at about 5000 won for first 4 hours.

Good location right off the green line and near a walkable stream with koi fish. Try to stay on some lower floors as the elevator can be crowded during busy hours.

Cleanliness is immaculate. Room is well equipped and comfortable. Property felt very safe. Staff were helpful and gracious.

Very clean and tons of storage space for luggage and clothes

The hotel does not look as new as it appears in the photos. The surrounding neighborhood is not very clean or appealing, with many warehouse-style home improvement businesses nearby. Our room overlooked large construction garages directly next to the hotel, which was disappointing.
Our first room had a shower that leaked into the toilet area. The staff moved us to a second room, but it had the same issue and an even worse view. Since it was almost midnight, we stayed the night and spoke with the manager the next morning.
The manager moved us to a third room on a higher floor. Although the view was slightly better, it still faced the construction garages. We had already unpacked and repacked twice, so we asked the staff to move our belongings, which they did. The shower in the third room still leaked, but less than the previous two rooms, so we decided to stay there for the rest of our trip.
Overall, the hotel did not match the description or photos. While the staff was courteous and tried to help, the repeated room issues and disappointing surroundings affected our stay. I also found the bright white lighting in the room to be cold and uninviting. Warm lighting would have made the room feel much more comfortable.
