Was amazing

This is Abby, not hotel. No front desk 24/7. I have to make a call to contact the office to check in. Phone had no answers many times. I couldn’t use the pools without the owner coming to verify. It’s not convenient and simple like hotels. Room cleaning and building is nice.

The room was perfect. Even had a washing machine. The blanket in the bed was the softest I’ve ever had. It was so comfortable after a long day. The pool was beautiful and clean and cold. I was surprised the water was cool.

The view from our room was mesmerizing. It’s what helped me to enjoy the room more with the discrepancies in appearance that I noticed. I will say that it was a clean unit. No bugs or roaches. However, it was a bit dusty, and some things were left behind from a previous person in the unit underneath the couch. The check-in process was smooth and easy and the property itself is really well kept. It’s super convenient with all of the shops at the bottom. It’s also close to a local part of town with lots of great street food and local culture which we loved so much. I had some issues with Wi-Fi as well as locating the pool as it was not very clear and the host didn’t respond to my inquiries at all about having trouble with the Wi-Fi and locating the pool. The only time I heard back from the host was when I asked where do I leave the keys to check out? All in all I learned to enjoy my stay because of that view it was so precious. If you choose to book this listing, I think you would make a good choice because of its location and value just know that you may not have the smoothest experience in communication and having your needs resolved. You may have to become resourceful to manage things on your own, which is what God gave me the grace to do to make the situation work for me and it did. I would definitely recommend it but just be cautious of the factors I mentioned. I hope you enjoy your stay if you book this place.

The place was dated. A lot of upkeep is needed. Checkout you need to have ZALO or WhatsApp to communicate with the host. Using Expedia messaging you would need to wait a day to get a response. Pool you need to register each time you visit 30 mins ahead and then a few minutes before use. Only 4 sun chairs in the whole area.

The place was ok. The unit is dated. The sofa was not a queen size bed as advertised, more of a bigger twin. Both beds were uncomfortable. The main queen bed you can feel the spring on your spine. The sofa bed was bumpy and uneven. To access the pool you had to message the host 30 mins before and then just before you arrive at the pool to register you in. Only 4 sun chairs at the pool. The pool is a good size. In the unit we did like the full Asian size fridge not a hotel size. Soap provided for shower and hand washing was appreciated. Room only cleaned after multiple request. Towels only replaced with request. It was a bit of a walk over the bridge to get to district 1 in effort but distance was ok. In future we would probably book a newer place.

Do not book stay at this location. Arrived on site. Called them and they said they are sold out. Yet Expedia still shows 3 rooms available. They said to contact Expedia for a refund and they will approve it. Yet Expedia called them but no one answers.

Everything was well organized and professional. I felt very comfortable during my stay.
