I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Casa Ki’iil. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was about a 7 minute walk to La Calle de las Sombrillas and a short tuk tuk ride to anything else in San Juan or San Pedro. I got the lake view room, had a beautiful view of the garden and the lake. The staff were so so sweet and very helpful. They helped me order a public/private lancha to the hotel’s dock, gave me directions and recommendations, and even helped me get into the lake with the kayak. Breakfast was included as well, it was very simple but filling. I would definitely stay here again if I ever went back to Lake Atitlan! 100% recommend this place.

The lake was so beautiful. The staff was incredibly nice and the surrounding area is serene. It is off the main road, so you lose the noise of the busy street but keep the proximity. The neighbors are also so sweet. Kayaks are available on the property and they offered breakfast. The gentleman at the property helped carry our bags when we came in and helped us get to where we needed for our shuttle when we were leaving. 10/10 recommend!!!!

La chambre était spacieuse, nous avions plusieurs lits! Literie confortable. Par contre, une partie de cette chambre n’était pas fermée, donc le bruit de la réception et la fraîcheur de la nuit étaient un petit irritant. La nuit, il faisait froid dans les chambres! Un excellent déjeuner est inclus, et servi sur une terrasse directement avec vue sur le lac, un gros wow! Les employés étaient très gentils et serviables.

ยอดเยี่ยม very peaceful place to stay in, it truly feels magical, i have no complaints. the staff was very friendly, attentive and accommodating which i really appreciated. the breakfast was super yummy and light, so good for your digestion. i would definitely book and stay here again, thank you for making this stay unique!

Highly recommend this hotel. It is right on the water a little on the outskirts, but easy walk to boat taxis and the town. The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent. The room was awesome, I was in #8 which is at the very top with a great view of the lake. They have kayaks to use which I did early one morning to catch a sunrise. Breakfast was handmade every morning and was delicious - no menu, they just brought me a plate with coffee. They hosted a birthday party one evening which was a bit loud, but it was cool to experience a local fiesta.
