For seven days the the refrigerator never work i notify housekeeping still no improvement. For the same period of time every morning they claims they ran out 2-3 items on the breakfast menu

I had a pleasant stay. The location is great, the staff were friendly and welcoming, there was convenient parking available, and the room was clean. The property is also nice, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience.

I really wanted to love Hotel 39. The good part is it is located right on the Hip Strip. Rooms are decent but nothing special. You have the basics you need and a fairly modern decor. The staff were helpful in storing my medication in the fridge as the one in the room didn’t get very cold. The downsides outweighed the good. First, the breakfast takes a long time to come and if the food is cold when it arrives they expect you to still eat it. If you ask for a new dish they will charge you even if you ask the desk to assist. Also you can’t get both bacon and sausage or mix Jamaican and American dishes. Second, the shower tiles look stained and dirty, I would recommend shower shoes. Third, the downstairs lobby is blazing hot. There is no AC, so don’t plan on spending any time there to socialize. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, since it’s not all inclusive you will need to go and find all of your meals and this includes the transportation that may be needed to get there. Once you factor in the cost of a meal (typically $20-$30 US in this area) and a taxi (about $10 US) you could have just stayed at the higher rated resorts where you wouldn’t have had any of the above mentioned issues plus the luxury vacation feel. It’s not the worst place but also not really the vacation vibe you may be expecting. Hope this helps. Happy travels !

Room was clean but the towels and linens needed to be changed. Especially the towels wasn’t looking good for white

Room was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful, considerate and polite. We appreciated the included breakfast. This is a fully cooked and served breakfast with local and standard American options. The location is great for access to local beaches, restaurants and attractions.

Shower was weird, pool looked murky, but overall it was a good stay, close to everything. Less than 10min walk to Doctor’s Cave.

We had the superior room suite which has exceptional views of the ocean. We highly recommend that. The hotel is right on the hip strip which allows you walk to doctor’s caves, incredible food spots and other great places. The pool is amazing and has great view as well. We loved the Jamaican breakfast in the morning and the exceptional service provided. The staff was accommodating to our needs and the space was very clean and safe.

They had roaches and seen the roaches in my room and someone stole some items from out my Room, the hotel staff and housekeepers was notified and nobody accommodated me at no point, I even have videos of it and they seen the roaches in the room as well.

I loved everything about this hotel
