PET POLICYWe are thrilled to welcome you and your furry friend to the property. To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all our guests, we request that you follow our pet policy guidelines:1. Pet Food and Bedding: No additional fees are charged for pets, but guests are expected to bring their own pet food, food bowl, toys, and bed.2. If guests want their pets to be served food, the retreat offers a chicken and rice meal with vegetables for a charge of INR 1000 per day.3. Guests must carry their own dog poop picker and biodegradable bags and dispose of waste properly in the dustbin.4. Pets must be vaccinated, and guests should be able to provide proof of vaccination upon request.5. Injuries to others/ damage to other guests' rooms and common areas: Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets to the property or to other guests' belongings.6. If a guest's pet bites another guest or staff member or damages property, the guest is fully responsible for any resulting medical bills or damages.7. Pet Control/Containment in Public Areas: Pets must be leashed and under control in public areas of the property, including the poolside. They are not allowed in the swimming pool at any time.8. Guests are not allowed to feed their pets from the food that is served to them.9. The property is not responsible for any loss or damage to guests' pets and recommends that guests use a GPS tracker if they choose to unleash their pets in the forest or around the lake.10. The property shall not be responsible for any harm or damage that may befall a guest's pet while on the property.11. Housekeeping: For the safety and comfort of your pet and our staff, Housekeeping will not service your room with your pet inside. Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
