Great room, attention to every detail.

The room is clean, however, the smell of the smoke is everywhere.

Wonderful hotel to stay. The staff is always attentive and will go extra miles to make you feel at home. The room is spacious and stylish. There is a self service laundry and nail bar on the second floor, next to a well equipped gym. On the other end of the building on the same floor, there is a comfy lounge area that serves tea and coffee all day. The only inconvenience is the location — it’s on the other side of the main road thus away from everything else. Although there are many small eateries around and a convenience store just downstairs.

It's so clean because it's new, the garden is pretty, and the staff is so kind. It's a little quiet, so it's not crowded and it's good to go out nearby by bicycle or Didi. Breakfast is delicious and laundry service is free, so I used it well. I want to use it again on my next visit to Hangzhou! However, it was a little disappointing that there were no English-speaking employees because it was a place where many locals went. If that was solved, it would be perfect.
