Hotel, room and staff were all great. Check in was very slow, apparently due to systems, not staff

Great breakfasts

Excellent Service our flight was delayed 5 hours and arrived at 2am. Front desk help us expeditiously and we are grateful!

The hotel is stunning and the staff that were in the evening of June 25 2026 were amazing. Why did I give the experience a 3 and the property and staff a 5 is because the air conditioning chose to not work and it averaged 26C in the room The main problem was the fact we could literally never get in our room. Our keys didn’t work and the staff even had issues where the master key didn’t want to work to let us in, and at one point, we struggled to get out. The wonderful staff happily kept letting us in. It was unnerving as all our identification was locked in a room we couldn’t get into Location is 25€ cab ride to the airport Staff are fabulous. Can’t say enough about them Breakfast buffet was lovely Rooms are lovely Pool area is lovely, on the 10th floor Overall it is a lovely hotel and I am sure they will fix the room issue

good!

Nice hotel close to the airport

Clean comfortable room, staff were helpful. Decent continental breakfast. Rooftop bar wasn't open which was a shame as views from there were beautiful. Only downside from our stay was a problem with the flies.

Chambre très confortable, propre et personnel professionnel. Je le recommande

Nice new hotel. Great option of staying near airport.

Lovely hotel in a great shopping area. Two outlet malls within walking distance. Friendly helpful staff and modern clean rooms.
